The Application Support Engineer role involves providing technical and functional support for business-critical applications. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, user support, system monitoring, and collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
* Provide Level 2/3 support for applications such as LIMS, EHS-INTELEX, DIMEP, MATICS, ST-One, and THINGWORX.
* Troubleshoot incidents, service requests, and change requests to ensure timely resolution and minimal business disruption.
* Monitor application health, performance, and integrations.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Experience supporting enterprise applications in manufacturing, quality, EHS, or IoT environments.
* Familiarity with LIMS, SAP, EHS/ESG platforms, IoT data collection, and access control systems.
* Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with cloud-based solutions and real-time production monitoring.
* Multilingual support capabilities (English).
