Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing activities for B2C and B2B clients across new and existing markets.
Own email marketing: optimize flows, build automations, analyze data, and improve newsletter performance.
Manage digital advertising on Meta and Google; test, learn, and scale campaigns.
Create case studies, sponsorship opportunities, and pitch bold ideas to reach new runners, companies, and destinations.
Collaborate directly with the founder to refine strategies and address gaps.
Qualifications
Analytical and structured with creativity for copy, opportunity hunting, and connecting B2C/B2B markets.
Data/automation mindset: adept at building smart automations and digging into data.
Fast mover, super collaborator, and execution‑focused.
Experience in email marketing, digital advertising, and growth initiatives.
Details
USD 1,400 a month for 25 hrs a week, remote, managed via Upwork. 2–3 internal meetings per week; deep work focus.
