* Able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English.
* Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or similar roles, preferably in startups or fast-paced environments.
* Deep knowledge of computer systems, networks, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and cloud platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
* Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, able to solve problems independently and clearly communicate solutions.
* Experience with endpoint management, SaaS administration, automation tools, and cybersecurity best practices.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to train and support non-technical users.
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields (or equivalent experience/certifications).
Main Responsibilities:
* Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees, both onsite and remote.
* Serve as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other SaaS platforms.
* Support the deployment and integration of new productivity and collaboration tools.
* Monitor and maintain endpoint security, including antivirus, firewalls, VPNs, and multi-factor authentication.
* Assist with cloud infrastructure management, data backup, and disaster recovery planning.
* Conduct regular software updates, security patching, and vulnerability assessments.
* Support cybersecurity initiatives, including employee security awareness training and incident response.
* Document processes, create user guides, and train staff on new technologies and best practices.
* Collaborate with leadership to evaluate and implement new tools enhancing productivity and security.
