Job Title: Senior IT Technical Recruiter
A global leader in recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior IT Technical Recruiter to join their team. This role will be based in Latin America and focus on sourcing, screening, and placing top technical talent across the region.
About the Role
1. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
2. They will build strong pipelines of both LATAM and U.S.-based technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies and develop a deep understanding of the technology industry.
3. Evaluate applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews to ensure the best fit for the role.
4. Post job advertisements across relevant platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, CareerBuilder, and niche tech sites to reach a wide audience.
5. Partner closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and deliver top candidates quickly.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an agency setting or a high-growth tech environment.
* Proven experience recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles, with a strong understanding of technology trends.
* Strong ability to multi-task, manage multiple roles, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
* High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service focus.
* Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and modern ATS systems.
