About the Role We are looking for an experiencedIntelliMatch (DIM) Solution Architectto lead the design, development, and evolution of our reconciliation platform. This role combinesarchitectural ownership with hands-on technical expertise, playing a key role in delivering scalable and efficient reconciliation solutions across global banking systems. You will act as atechnical authority, guiding development, support, and functional teams while ensuring best practices, performance, and architectural integrity. Key Responsibilities Define and ownend-to-end architecturefor IntelliMatch (DIM) solutions Leadhands-on development, including configurations, enhancements, and automation Design and implementSQL-based reconciliation logic and workflows Establish and enforcetechnical standards and best practices Driveintegration strategiesbetween IntelliMatch and upstream/downstream systems Act astechnical lead during delivery, ensuring quality across implementation, testing, and release Collaborate with stakeholders onbacklog prioritization and solution planning Analyze existing systems to identifyperformance and architectural improvements Maintain detailedarchitecture documentation and design artifacts Must-Have (Non-Negotiable Skills) IntelliMatch (DIM) experience (Version 20+) Strong hands-on experience inIntelliMatch architecture & development AdvancedSQL / MS SQL Server expertise Experience inreconciliation / financial systems Ability to workhands-on + architect-level Good to Have Experience withPowerShell / Python scripting Exposure toAzure / cloud platforms Experience withJIRA / Agile methodologies Banking or financial services domain experience Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science / Software Engineering 10+ years of experience inIntelliMatch (DIM)or similar reconciliation platforms Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
