About the Role We are seeking a Web Designer & Developer to join a growing creative team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design and development, bringing visual ideas to life through beautifully crafted websites and digital experiences.
You'll play a key role in shaping user interaction across digital touchpoints, owning Webflow development, landing page optimization, and technical integrations.

Responsibilities: Own and execute front-end development initiatives, including new website pages, landing pages, and maintenanceDevelop websites and components using Webflow CMS, writing clean and scalable codeCollaborate with design and marketing teams to translate concepts and mockups into high-converting web pagesIntegrate websites with third-party tools (CRMs, analytics, automation platforms, etc.
)Set up and manage analytics, tracking, and attribution systems to monitor performanceOptimize websites for SEO, loading speed, and mobile responsivenessContinuously improve site performance based on data insights, testing, and user feedbackStay updated with web design trends and front-end development best practicesQualifications: 1–3 years of experience in front-end web developmentStrong proficiency in Webflow, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScriptExperience with React or similar JavaScript frameworksProven track record of developing responsive, user-friendly websitesExperience with third-party API integrationsSolid understanding of UX/UI design principlesFamiliarity with tools like Google Analytics and Tag ManagerNice to Have: Knowledge of SEO best practices and performance optimizationExperience working remotely across different time zonesExperience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimizationFamiliarity with Figma or other modern design toolsWhy Join Us?
