Training Operations Manager Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Training Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training services to our clients.
* Analyze client-provided training needs and determine the number of sessions required to train trainees according to courses and sites,
* Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation as required,
* Organize training sessions according to trainees' expectations and availability and ensure their proper execution,
* Coordinate with the global team for changes/updates in training events/programs,
* Support completion of training activities by following up on attendance and invoicing if necessary,
* Follow and adhere to workflow and processes using CRM tools
Requirements:
* 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations,
* Exposure to international work environments,
* High-level understanding of the training landscape,
* Customer service-oriented posture is a must,
* Team player,
* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely,
* Attention to detail, structured, and organized, capable of prioritizing activities,
* Knowledge of Salesforce or any other CRM,
* Knowledge of Cornerstone or any other LMS is an added advantage,
* Fluent English is mandatory,
* Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint
