Web Development Lead

About the Role:
* Develop high-quality, scalable web applications using TypeScript and Next.js technologies.
* Drive architectural decisions and shape the technical direction of our products.
* Collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver meaningful features efficiently.
* Mentor junior/intermediate engineers and improve code quality standards.
* Build integrations with cloud infrastructure, credit, income, and valuation vendors to enhance our services.
* Optimize performance, scalability, and security across the web development stack.
Key Qualifications:
* At least 5 years of experience in building and scaling web applications.
* Expertise in TypeScript, Next.js, and React frameworks.
* Strong understanding of MongoDB, Redis, Docker, and AWS/GCP cloud providers.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a remote and autonomous work environment.
