Project Engineer Location: São Bernardo do Campo Role Summary We are looking for a highly motivated Project Engineer to join our team! This role drives ideation, evaluation, prioritization, and implementation of projects related to major equipment modification or installation of new equipment and facilities. Responsibilities Execute engineering protocols and practices, including the development and evaluation of project scope, layouts, bids, spending, timelines, and start-up. Manage project finances and compliance by developing Capital Budgets, ROI analysis, and ensuring adherence to EHS, Quality, and Microbiology standards. Oversee technical installations and site preparation for equipment and control systems, coordinating with contractors and internal maintenance personnel. Drive continuous improvement by identifying technical developments, troubleshooting production deviations, and transferring knowledge through SOPs and manuals. Collaborate with key stakeholders and divisional management to negotiate resources, project direction, and delivery schedules with vendors. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Proven experience in CAPEX projects. Advanced level of the English language (writing/speaking). Preferred Qualifications Strong communication and social skills. Good leadership, project management, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
