 
        
        We are seeking a highly organized and communicative professional to fill the role of Account Manager. This key position involves managing communication between clients and our design/development team, with the aim of increasing sales conversions and lowering ad spend.
Role Overview:
The Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for our clients, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery of tasks and updates. You will be responsible for driving projects forward, maintaining timelines, and keeping all stakeholders informed.
 * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact.
 * Communicate client needs and expectations clearly to the design and development teams.
 * Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery of tasks and updates.
 * Proactively resolve issues, anticipate client needs, and address concerns promptly.
 * Regularly update clients on the status of their projects, keeping them informed and confident.
Required Skills & Experience:
 * A minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, client-facing roles, or project coordination is preferred.
 * Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Sheets, Slack, and Clickup is also desirable.
 * Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.
