Technical IT Support Specialist
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT support specialist to join our team.
* This is a full-time position that requires strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
About the Role
The IT support specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to employees, both onsite and remote. This includes installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, and networks.
* The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
The IT support specialist will be responsible for:
* Providing timely and effective technical support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
* Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, and networks.
* Managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls across multiple platforms.
* Supporting the deployment and integration of new productivity and collaboration tools.
* Monitoring and maintaining endpoint security, including antivirus, firewalls, and multi-factor authentication.
* Assisting with cloud infrastructure management, data backup, and disaster recovery planning.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
* Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or similar role.
* Deep knowledge of computer systems, networks, operating systems, and cloud platforms.
* Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills; ability to solve problems independently and communicate solutions clearly.
