Marketing Specialist Role

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in marketing, with expertise in designing and executing localized marketing strategies that attract doctors to work in these communities. They will also be responsible for building the visibility and trust of doctors in their new locations through targeted marketing efforts.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about healthcare, purpose-driven work, or community building. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be hands-on/technical as well as manager, and be flexible with working hours.

Responsibilities:
* Designing and executing localized marketing strategies to attract doctors to underserved communities
* Building the visibility and trust of doctors in their new locations through targeted marketing efforts
* Collaborating with recruitment and client teams to understand doctor profiles, community needs, and positioning strategies
* Running digital paid campaigns to build awareness and trust
* Managing content creation with a strong focus on human-centered storytelling
* Establishing marketing processes and systems that can be replicated across multiple regions and healthcare organizations
* Measuring and optimizing campaigns based on data: patient sign-ups, website visits, cost per acquisition, and more
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in marketing
* Good level of English (main work language serving North American clients)
* Experience in marketing agencies or start-ups
* B2B + B2C experience
* A passion for healthcare, purpose-driven work, or community building
* You must be both hands-on/technical as well as manager
* You are flexible with working hours
* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Word Press / HTML, and analytics platforms
