About the Role
This position involves collaborating with clients to understand their business objectives and expectations, while developing and maintaining long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will possess experience in client-facing roles, technical design, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Establishing a positive rapport with clients to develop and maintain long-term relationships.
* Evaluating client business requirements, effort estimation, and guiding them to utilize standard solutions while maximizing revenue.
* Converting client business requirements into detailed technical specifications and presenting them internally and externally while securing requirement sign-off.
* Maintaining knowledge of critical business impact issues from Service Desk.
* Assisting with documentation and maintenance of client system environments.
* Participating in release management between Service Desk, Compliance, and Project as well as client activities such as Payment Card Industry audits and internal projects.
