We are seeking a highly organized and analytical professional to drive business growth as a Business Operations Analyst/Project Manager.
This role requires driving efficiency, improving processes, and delivering strategic initiatives that enable the business to operate at its best.
* Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives forward by coordinating and executing them
* Analyze information to identify business trends and provide actionable recommendations to inform decision-making
* Review workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability
* Buid and maintain Power BI dashboards to track KPIs and deliver insights to stakeholders
Requirements:
* Strong organizational and project management skills
* Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI experience preferred)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* A proactive problem-solver who can translate business needs into practical solutions
