Title: Sr. Business Analyst with JIRA
Location: Sao Paulo Brazil Onsite

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Use JIRA/Confluence to manage requirements, track progress, and maintain documentation.
• Partner with product owners, developers, testers, and project managers to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
• Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies to support business decisions.
• Develop process flows, wireframes, and system interaction diagrams where applicable.
• Create and maintain technical and business documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, and user guides.
• Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups within Agile/Scrum teams.
• Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring requirements are tested and validated.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for business processes and system functionality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in IT/software development projects.
• Strong expertise in JIRA and Confluence for requirements management and tracking.
• Proven experience in business requirements gathering, functional documentation, and technical writing.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, concise documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in workflow automation, system integration projects, or enterprise platforms.
• Familiarity with SQL or data analysis for requirement validation.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA.
