In this role, you will own the visual execution of their email, SMS, and promotional campaigns, working closely with retention, marketing, and creative teams to bring campaigns to life.This is a high-output, performance-driven role. They run a structured weekly marketing calendar with multiple sends across email and SMS, so speed, organization, and strong creative instincts are critical.What You'll Do:Email & Lifecycle CreativeDesign marketing emails across promotional, campaign, and automated lifecycle flowsCreate assets for email, SMS, landing pages, and retention marketing campaignsBuild modular email systems that allow for quick campaign iterationTranslate marketing strategy into high-converting email layoutsCampaign ProductionExecute weekly marketing calendars with multiple sends per weekDesign creative for product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and evergreen flowsCollaborate with retention and marketing teams to deliver assets quickly and efficientlyMaintain visual consistency across all lifecycle marketing touchpointsLifestyle Marketing CreativeDesign marketing assets using lifestyle photography and brand creativeSupport marketing campaigns across email, social, and digital placementsHelp evolve their visual storytelling across campaignsOptimization & IterationWork closely with marketing teams to test and improve creative performanceIterate quickly on creative based on campaign resultsContribute ideas for new creative concepts and campaign approachesTheir Marketing Workflow:Their lifecycle marketing operates on a structured weekly campaign calendar, with multiple emails and SMS sends each week.
