Mappa is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join the team on a part-time (20 hours per week) basis. The ideal candidate will have experience working on SaaS products, with a strong preference for fintech or financial SaaS platforms.
Responsibilities:
* Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web-based SaaS products.
* Improve usability and visual consistency across the platform.
* Collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape features from concept to delivery.
* Apply UX thinking to simplify complex, data-heavy or financial interfaces.
* Maintain and evolve design systems and UI components.
* Incorporate feedback and iterate quickly in a fast-moving environment.
* Support marketing initiatives when needed, including visual assets and design for marketing content.
