Scrum Master - Salesforce Commerce Cloud
As a highly skilled Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in driving Agile delivery for our Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) teams. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate effective Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, drive continuous improvement, and ensure high-quality, predictable delivery across SFCC implementation and ongoing support initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Leading Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews/demos, and retrospectives.
2. Partnering with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs, refine user stories, and define sprint goals.
3. Tracking sprint health (capacity, velocity, burndown/burnup) and managing scope.
4. Identifying and removing impediments (dependencies, environments, test data, approvals).
5. Coordinating cross-team dependencies (SFCC, integrations, OMS, payments, SEO/content, analytics).
6. Promoting flow efficiency by limiting WIP and reducing blockers.

Required Skills & Qualifications
* 8+ years of experience in Agile delivery.
* 5+ years as a Scrum Master supporting web/eCommerce teams.
