The ideal candidate will lead Agile transformation within a company by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
Assist in guiding one or more Scrum teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.
Partner with experienced Agile Coaches to improve team performance and delivery across multiple regions.
Achievable Objectives:
* Implement and adopt SAFe practices effectively.
* Identify, escalate, and remove impediments impacting team progress.
* Support the development of high-performing teams.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies is necessary. Familiarity with SAFe is also required. Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira or Confluence would be beneficial.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master and strong communication skills.
