We seek a seasoned Project Director to oversee and manage design projects from inception to delivery. The ideal candidate will coordinate with stakeholders and team members to ensure timely completion, optimize processes, manage project logistics, conduct quality control, and facilitate effective communication.
* Manage project timelines and allocate resources efficiently
* Optimize expediting and Logistics Management processes
* Conduct thorough inspections and quality control measures
* Develop detailed plans, organize tasks, and execute projects effectively
* Proven experience in Project Management
* Strong ability to manage project timelines and allocate resources
* Skills in process optimization and Logistics Management
* Knowledge in quality control processes and inspection methods
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
* Effective communication and collaboration abilities
* Senior experience: 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Designer
* Direct experience designing for BI or People Analytics platforms
* Background in designing data-heavy interfaces
* Prior experience working with US-based startups or product teams
* Experience facilitating design workshops, user interviews, or stakeholder alignment sessions
