The Opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Manager Fulfillment Center Operations, we are looking for an Operations Manager responsible for inbound or outbound operations. You will maintain benchmark levels of safety, efficiency, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement within the building and throughout the supply chain, and oversee the hiring and development of management and hourly teams. You will work to support the team Wed-Sat 6pm-6am.

Your Impact
* Build the initial teams, establishing procedures, metrics, and processes
* Lead a team of Area Managers and hourly associates
* Develop and administer operational procedures for completing activities related to incoming and outgoing shipments, product handling, and inventory accuracy
* Guide strategic planning and forecasting
* Develop teammates for career progression and learning
* Improve safety, quality, cost, and delivery while expanding warehouse capabilities
* Utilize the site Warehouse Management System (WMS) to improve order fulfillment and operational insights
What You Bring
* 4+ years of management experience in fulfillment center/warehouse operations; retail/e-commerce and apparel experience preferred
* Experience managing 50+ employees
* At least 3 years of management experience in Receiving, Inventory Control, or Order Fulfillment
* Experience with Kaizens or process improvement methodologies
* B.S. or B.A. degree or equivalent experience
