**Who You'll Work With**:
- You will be based in our Colombo office for 8-12 weeks as part of a client project team, collaborating with colleagues and clients to solve their toughest business problems.

**What You'll Do**:
- You will work in teams of typically 3 - 5 consultants, to identify, and oftentimes implement, potential solutions for a specific client problem or challenge.
You will help clients make lasting improvements to their performance and realize their most important goals.

As an analyst intern, you will receive training and coaching on a number of topics.
You will learn how to structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them, how to synthesize clear takeaways from complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods, and how to work effectively with diverse teams to come up with the best solution and move people and organizations to act.
- You will establish trust-based relationships with clients to better serve their organizations.
You will communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner.
Furthermore, you will develop your leadership style, leveraging your own passions, strengths, and personal values.

Additionally, you will have a professional development manager who manages staffing to help you choose projects based on your priorities as well as the needs of client service teams.
**Qualifications**:
- Pre-penultimate or penultimate year student enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate degree
- Strong record of initiative-taking and leadership in a work setting and/or extracurricular activities
- Outstanding record of academic achievement with a strong commitment to excellence in your personal and professional growth
- Sri Lankan Citizen / Permanent resident or has ties with Sri Lanka
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing - in English and the local office language(s)
