We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will act as the strategic liaison between clients and our internal teams, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with client objectives.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, driving long-term satisfaction and growth.

Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in an agency or digital/SaaS environment.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
* Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem, including paid media, CRM, automation, SEO, analytics, and more.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights and translate them into strategic actions.
* Strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
* Proactive attitude, solution-oriented mindset, and a genuine passion for digital marketing.
