Job Title: Senior IT Infrastructure Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Specialist to join our team. This role will involve responding to IT audit requests, maintaining critical IT systems and infrastructure, and ensuring both secure and stable IT operations.
This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise in systems administration and strong knowledge of IT audit and compliance requirements.
* Audit Response & Compliance:
o Act as the primary point of contact for internal, external, and regulatory audits involving IT.
o Collect, organize, and submit audit documentation, including evidence of access controls, system configurations, logs, and security policies.
o Coordinate with other IT and business units to ensure accurate and complete responses to audit inquiries.
o Support testing of IT general controls (ITGCs), application-level controls, and infrastructure safeguards.
o Track and assist in remediation of audit findings, document corrective actions.
o Maintain up-to-date compliance documentation and help prepare for recurring audits.
* System Administration:
o Manage and maintain servers, networks, and IT infrastructure (Windows/Linux environments).
o Monitor system performance, backups, patch management, and security configurations.
o Administer user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory and cloud-based platforms.
o Ensure system integrity and availability through regular maintenance, updates, and proactive monitoring.
o Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
o Implement and maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and IT asset inventories.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and 3–5 years of experience in IT system administration with a demonstrated role in audit support or compliance.
The following skills and qualifications are required:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent hands-on experience.
* 3–5 years of experience in IT system administration with a demonstrated role in audit support or compliance.
* Strong working knowledge of Windows and/or Linux servers, networking, and cloud platforms.
* Familiarity with IT audit processes and frameworks (e.g., PCI, SOX, SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST).
* Experience with access management, system monitoring tools, and log collection systems.
Prior experience with backup and recovery systems, endpoint management tools, and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) is also desirable. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, high attention to detail, excellent English communication skills, ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and confidentiality, and self-driven analytical and adaptable nature are essential qualities for this role.
