Job Title: Senior Project Manager
We are seeking a seasoned professional with exceptional leadership skills and extensive experience in IT project management to join our team.
* Mandatory Requirements:
* A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a closely related field.
* Minimum 8 years of IT Project Management experience in Agile Scrum environments focusing on application software development.
* Prior hands-on development or coding experience.
* A proven track record of successfully managing high-performing teams consisting of Technical Architects, Developers, QA professionals, and Business Analysts.
* Desirable Skills:
* Previous experience working in the Oil and Gas industry.
* A consultative mindset and/or previous consulting experience.
* PMP certification and CSM.
* Familiarity with Change Management, Risk Analysis, and Cloud Technologies.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, and have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
