Description Opportunity for a Sr Project Manager to join Honeywell UOP projects group based at Barueri Brazil. As a key member of the project execution group within our Refining & Petrochemical division, you will use your project management experience and technical knowledge to support regional projects as a customer interface project manager working customer directly and customer EPC, valued US$100~400 Millions, from start to finish delivering on time fully assembled modularized Units as well, occasionally, to oversee or manage the construction team for the installation of these Units regionally. You will be an ambitious Sr Project Manager in a visible position to interact directly with peers and leaders with the ability to multitask, problem solver looking to forge a career within a global business Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the activities of a project team throughout the life cycle of a project from start to close-out phases Implement and monitor work plan, schedule and staffing requirements Review performance data (financial, budget, sales and activity reports) to monitor and measure productivity, goal progress and activity levels Manage and coordinate meetings with Clients Meet with subcontractors and service providers to determine requirements and ensure implementation Track and control costs while remaining within budget Review design documents for conformance and accuracy Manage meetings, meeting reports, and O&M manuals Manage CO’s, shop drawings review, punch list and project close out Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE 15 years of Project Management experience College degree in Mechanical, Civil or Chemical Fluent in English and Portuguese WE VALUE Demonstrated leadership qualities including ability to manage complex, multi-dimensioned customer interactions Exceeding internal and external customer expectation and comprehensive problem solving skills Strong written and oral communication skills, particularly in cross-functional collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation Effective organizational skills and experience preferably in an international, multi-site and multicultural business environment Detailed experience with process engineering, planning, cost estimating, scheduling, procurement, and customer & change order management on refining, petrochemical or gas processing Modular Construction/installation experience with refining, petrochemical or gas processing plants Ability to influence and energize others as well improving performance, meeting commitments, and getting results Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), Microsoft Project Master degree and Project Management (preferred) MBA (preferred) Additional Requirements Travel required: 35%
