Job Opportunity
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our Agile transformation by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, supporting multiple teams, and collaborating with an enterprise Agile coach to drive performance and delivery.
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies while ensuring alignment with Agile principles
* Support and guide one or more Scrum teams, contributing to their success and growth
* Partner with an experienced Agile Coach to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhanced team performance
* Assist in the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices across the organization
* Proactively identify, escalate, and help resolve impediments impacting team progress
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation, feedback, and innovation
Key Qualifications
* At least 2 years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Scrum of Scrums
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and related certifications
* Proficiency in using Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
