Creative Production Lead
We are looking for a highly skilled Creative Production Lead to excel in this key role. As a member of the production team, you will be responsible for managing a team of designers who create websites, logos, and visual assets.
Your main responsibilities include:
* Inspecting work daily to ensure excellence and quality standards are met
* Catching details that can negatively impact credibility and coaching your team to identify these issues
* Ensuring that all output meets high expectations and is free from errors
You will have opportunities to lead by example and take on tasks when needed. You will also provide specific feedback on real work and develop your team's skills through detailed critiques.
We require someone with 5+ years of experience in visual design and 2+ years of leading or managing a design team. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on execution skills, production experience, and a commitment to quality. A background in advertising, branding agencies, or e-commerce design would be beneficial.
