They are dedicated, client-centered and dynamic teams, working closely across functions to deliver relevant consumer experiences to global and local markets.What you'll do:As the Global Category Manager, you will be responsible establishing the long-term strategy for the Food Preservationcategory management from scratch, driving the regions towards constant innovation and success. Help Electrolux Group to keep shaping living for the better, and we'll help you fly higher than ever before.In detail, you will:- Define the long-term strategy from sourcing for each assigned category in collaboration with the Regional Product Line and Sourcing team for the assigned category;- Create a global overview of category trends and competitor activities, also mapping strategic opportunities and driving cross-region initiatives related to the product line;- Own the Global Generation Plan in collaboration with the region, ensuring cross-regional alignment, guiding long-term trade-off decisions and IXB prioritization within the category;- Validate business cases for new project requests, including OEM, also supporting prioritization based on OPEX and CAPEX.As part of the culture ofcontinuous improvement, you will be involved inLeanThinking projects and activities (Electrolux Always Improve).Who you are:You have:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field;- Proven track in global product category management and portfolio strategy;- Strong leadership and project management skills;-Fluent English is required.Where you'll be:You will be based at the São Paulo office, the center of Electrolux Group Sales andMarketing operationsin Brazil and the workplace of collaborators who are driven by the creation of value along the steps of the Consumer Journey.
