Job Title: Ruby on Rails Developer
This role is for an experienced software engineer who can deliver high-quality, robust solutions using Ruby on Rails. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of scalable architecture, web application development, and database management.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.
* Work collaboratively with the team to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
* Ensure that all code is well-structured, clean, and follows best practices.
* Maintain and improve existing codebases to ensure they remain efficient and effective.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably with Ruby and Rails.
* Strong expertise in Postgres and Redis.
* Deep understanding of web application development, including design, architecture, configuration, performance optimization, integration, and analytics.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Experience with Agile development practices.
