The Event Operations Manager is a pivotal role that oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of events from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Event Logistics: Oversee event setup, equipment, catering, transportation, and staffing to ensure seamless delivery.
* Timelines and Budgets: Develop and maintain event timelines, budgets, and operational checklists to guarantee timely and quality service delivery.
* Vendor Relations: Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
* Event Execution: Supervise on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all elements align with the event plan.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in event planning, logistics, or operations.
* Strong project management and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
* Proficiency in event management software, budgeting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
