Main Requirements:
* Education: Business administration, Engineering, Fashion Business or other related courses
* Excel & PowerPoint: Advanced level
* Fluent oral & written skills in English is a must.
* Knowledge of BI tools will be a differential
* Excellent analytical and organizational skills
* Know how to manage time, priorities and urgencies
* Proactive, Enthusiastic and hands on personality
* Team player
* Detail-oriented and able to provide a high level of precision
* Previous experience in fashion business is appreciated. Understand fashion calendars and GTM processes (accessories, apparel or footwear industry)
Job Description:
* Systems administration: PLM, Mobimedia. Guarantee the correct set up of regional line into the system, accordingly, including styles, prices, etc.
* Support the regional merchandiser with sell in and sell out data analysis.
* Request reports to distributor´s
* Clean the data received by distributors and have it organized
* Prepare and update internal reports, monitors results and provides analysis of relevant information to business team.
* Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly Sell out reports and analysis
* Maintain and update sell in tools, organize all the material such as sales organizer, order forms and line lists;
* Monitors competition: helps the team with info of new products, campaigns and new trends in the market;
* Reorders: Responsibly for sharing the availability with distributors by demand and placing the orders with customer service;
* Samples Inventory (when applicable)
* GTM Calendar follow up, updates and communication to the team
