Description Key Responsibilities Monitor and control daily reel movements (inbound, outbound, and internal transfers) Ensure availability of correct reel sizes to support production planning Maintain accurate and up-to-date reel inventory records Identify and mitigate risks related to reel shortages or misallocation Develop and implement improved control and tracking processes Provide weekly reporting on reel status, risks, and KPIs Work closely with Production, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams Support optimization of limited storage space within the facility Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field Able to communicate in English (fluent) Experience in production planning, logistics, or inventory control (manufacturing environment preferred) Strong organizational and analytical skills Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced operational activities Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Proficiency in Excel (ERP system experience is a plus), other softwares that could help reels management Strong communication and teamwork skills Key Competencies Operational discipline and process-oriented mindset Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities Proactive approach to identifying and solving issues Continuous improvement mindset This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a critical operation within a growing manufacturing environment.
