ANALISTA PLANEJAMENTO CONTROLE MANUTENÇÃO SRJoin to apply for the ANALISTA PLANEJAMENTO CONTROLE MANUTENÇÃO SR role at Orizon Valorização de Resíduos.Responsibilities and duties:Prepare project control spreadsheets, tracking physical-financial data and their evolution using MS Project or similar tools, to assist in project management.Consolidate information from various areas (measurements, operational results, financials), formatting it appropriately to identify critical paths, deviations, and solutions during project execution.Monitor project phases, interfaces, and progress, gathering information on progress, difficulties, and operational or financial alternatives.Develop and maintain systems related to project progress, updating contract databases with documents, measurements, and indicators.Keep documents, norms, and procedures related to project planning up-to-date, ensuring compliance with contractual deadlines and commitments.Consolidate operational costs, using formulas and parameters defined by superiors or contracts, to analyze margins.Participate in technical studies related to projects or operations, providing analyses and comparisons to support managerial decisions.Maintain internal and external contacts at different levels, exchanging information relevant to contracts or operations.Participate in mobilizations and demobilizations of contracts, providing necessary documents and information.Report on work development verbally or in reports, including contact and transaction details for sales evaluation and control.Prepare routine service reports or correspondence to request or provide information.Perform other similar tasks as assigned by superiors, adhering to policies and safety standards, and participating in SGI-related events and training.Qualifications:Higher education in Engineering or related field.Knowledge of project structures, operational controls, and costs.Proficiency with MS Project or similar programs.Knowledge of SGI systems.Technical English skills.Behavioral profile: Organized, agile, with good interpersonal skills, creative, customer-focused, flexible, goal-oriented, and a team player.Experience: 5+ years in similar roles for SR level; 3-4 years for PL; 1-2 years for JR.Additional conditions: Frequent internal travel for information/document collection; compliance with safety and training requirements.Additional info: Medical, dental, gym, pharmacy assistance, Christmas bonus, life insurance, meal and transportation vouchers.
