**Job Summary**:
As RGM & Hubs Execution Lead, you will be responsible for leading the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategy and ensuring its flawless execution across ARTD. You will drive pricing, portfolio, and promotional discipline, while adapting commercial strategies to local hubs, with a special focus on the Central Zone Hub. Your mission is to balance profitable growth with executional excellence, ensuring the right value equation for consumers, customers, and the system.

**Scope**:

- OBPPC (Occasion, Brand, Package, Price, Channel): Define and deploy the right portfolio and price strategy across ARTD, ensuring the correct pack-price architecture by occasion and channel.
- Get & Set Price: Guarantee execution of pricing strategies, balancing competitiveness and profitability in all markets.
- Price Increases & Promotions: Design and implement disciplined pricing and promotional plans to maximize revenue and value creation.
- Innovation Execution: Ensure innovation projects are successfully executed in-market, with proper pricing, visibility, and promotional support.
- Price Execution Discipline: Drive system alignment and field execution of price and promotional guidelines to ensure consistency across channels.
- Hub Central Zone: Hub Central Zone : Dedicate 30% of the role’s focus to the Central Zone Hub, adapting and tailoring commercial strategies to local realities and ensuring excellence in execution.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- 7-9 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management and portfolio management.
- Proven track record in leading OBPPC, pricing execution, and promotional strategies.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and execution skills.

- Leadership in translating RGM strategies into market execution.
- Strong project management, governance, and disciplined follow-up.
- Clear and effective communication with cross-functional and external partners.
