Designing User Experiences
This role is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact on the design of three core products, shaping the user experience for our users. You will be responsible for defining and leading design experiences across web and mobile platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product/UX design, with a minimum of 4 years of experience. They will be fluent in English and possess good taste in visual design. A strong portfolio showcasing complex web or mobile interfaces is essential.
As a senior product designer, you will work closely with engineers to ensure designs are feasible, scoped appropriately, and account for edge cases and error states. Effective communication and collaboration skills are crucial in this role.

Interview Process:

* Asynchronous portfolio review: Create a 15-minute video walking through a relevant project that demonstrates your skills and experience related to the role.
* Project: Spend 2 hours on a small project. You will be given product context and asked to come up with low-fidelity designs for a user experience that would address the problem. You will present your project during a 1-hour interview with leadership.
* 1-2 additional follow-up 1:1s with the founder and/or Head of Engineering may be requested to address unresolved questions.
