Job Description
Place of Assignment: Department of Social Welfare and Development, Philippines, Southeast Asia.
Place of Examination and Interview: DSWD Central Office, IBP Road, Brgy. Batasan Hills, Quezon City.
ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER II.

CSC-PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Education: Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
Training: None Required
Experience: None Required
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Education: Bachelor's Degree preferably in Engineering, Management, Business/Public Administration or any other related courses
Training: Four hours of relevant training
Experience: At least one year of relevant experience related to logistics and production on the management of warehouse, transport, facilities, donations, repacking of relief goods, quality OR volunteers’ deployment
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge on MS Office/Google Apps
Great attention to details
With good analytical thinking
With high level of written and oral communications skills
Able to work harmoniously, competently and effectively even under pressure

JOB DESCRIPTION
Under general supervision, performs technical, and support functions of Logistics Management Division (LMD) and does other related works.
Functions and Responsibilities

Provides administrative and technical support in the management of relief items.
Consolidate/reconcile data/reports of NRLMB.
Prepare communications and reports related to the management of relief items.
Assist in the provision of technical assistance to FOs in the implementation and standardization of policies regarding quality management of relief items.
Assist in coordinating the general administrative services functions of NRLMB related to quality management of relief items.
Prepares periodic reports related to the quality management of relief items.
Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reports
Consolidated maintenance reports and inventory of all tools and equipment, as needed.
Concept Notes and Activity/Project Proposals

Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, as may be applicable.

(i) For those applicants from the public sector vying for promotion, a performance rating is required.
