Job Title: Key Account StrategistAbout This RoleWe're looking for a seasoned Client Success professional to own a portfolio of eCommerce clients.You'll be the primary point of contact and internal lead who works closely with our Google Ads Strategists and Media Buyers to ensure campaigns are aligned with client goals.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship & Communication: Establish and maintain strong relationships with your client portfolio, conduct regular check-in calls, and provide updates on strategy reviews.Account & Performance Ownership: Collaborate with our Google Ads Strategists & Media Buyers to optimize campaign performance and ensure alignment with client objectives.Strategy & Planning: Develop and present quarterly and monthly strategies, including budgeting, scaling plans, testing roadmaps, and exploring new channels.Reporting & Insight: Own performance reporting, providing weekly or monthly reports, Loom walk-throughs, and QBR decks as needed.Retention, Growth & Upsell: Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address potential churn risks, identifying opportunities to grow accounts.Internal Coordination & Process: Ensure clear task prioritization and deadlines for the internal team.What We OfferA dynamic work environment that fosters growth and collaboration.
