Job Title: Scrum Master
A highly skilled Scrum Master is required to lead Agile delivery for our Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) teams.
* 8+ years of experience in Agile delivery
* 5+ years as a Scrum Master supporting web/eCommerce teams
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/SFRA) or comparable enterprise eCommerce platforms, and will be able to effectively coach cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with organizational governance, security, and compliance standards.
Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Agile metrics, and scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) is also required.
