Job Overview
Our organization requires a skilled Tax Manager to oversee the management of direct and indirect taxes, ensuring compliance with current legislation and optimizing the tax burden.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Law, and advanced degree or CPA certification is preferred.
They should possess solid experience in direct and indirect taxes, tax compliance and planning; knowledge in Transfer Pricing and attendance to external audits.
Achieving excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills with different stakeholders is essential for this role.
Fluent in Portuguese (native proficiency) and English (written & spoken), the successful candidate must be able to liaise with global teams.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage direct and indirect taxes, ensuring compliance with current legislation and optimizing the tax burden.
* Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of all tax returns (direct and indirect taxes), including PIS/COFINS, ICMS, ISS, IRPJ/CSLL, etc.
* Monitor tax compliance processes and work closely with internal accounting and finance teams to ensure tax obligations are met.
* Manage and respond to federal, state, and municipal tax audits, including coordinating documentation and liaising with auditors and tax authorities.
* Analyze changes in Brazilian tax legislation and assess potential business impacts, providing recommendations for compliance.
