A Senior Power Apps Developer is responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining custom applications using the Microsoft Power Apps platform. This role supports business functions such as Legal & Compliance, HSE, and Physical Security by automating workflows and enhancing operational efficiency through tailored digital solutions
As a Senior Power Apps Developer, you will be responsible for:
* Application Development: Build and maintain apps that meet specific business requirements
* Workflow Automation: Design Power Automate flows to streamline repetitive tasks and integrate with other Microsoft services like SharePoint
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions
* Data Integration: Connect apps to various data sources using custom connectors and APIs, ensuring secure and scalable data handling
* Performance Optimization: Monitor and enhance app performance, usability, and security
* Documentation & Support: Create user guides, technical documentation, and provide ongoing support for deployed applications

To be successful in this role you will:
* Have a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science or Engineering with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in supporting business applications and technologies to digitize business processes
* Have 6+ years of experience on providing technical design solutions with a focus on Power Apps/Power BI
* Have 6+ years of experience on Power Apps development
* Have a familiarity with SQL, relational databases, and REST APIs
* Have an experience with UX design principles and app performance tuning
* Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform Developer Associate)
* Have an experience with Azure services and cloud-based architectures
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Active listening, clarity in technical documentation
* Good communication
* Ethical decision-making, ownership of outcomes
* Collaboration across functions
* Curiosity for learning continuously
* Proactive, anticipating challenges and opportunities before they arise
