About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Business Technical Service Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in client-facing roles and PL/SQL development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
* Assist in evaluating client requirements, estimating effort, and guiding them to utilize standard solutions while maximizing revenue.
* Participate in converting client requirements into detailed technical specifications and present them internally and externally.
* Maintain knowledge of critical business impact issues from Service Desk.
* Assist with document maintenance and client system environments, providing records of client functionality and environment documentation.
* Participate in release management between Service Desk, Compliance, and Project teams, ensuring code releases do not negatively impact client operations.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
* Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
* Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs.
* Experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation.
* Advanced English level for speaking, listening, and writing.
