Design Experience Leader
This role involves defining and leading the design experiences across three core products, including web and mobile interfaces. The ideal candidate will take ideas from concept to completion, conducting research and usability testing sessions, and collaborating with engineers to ensure designs are feasible.
The successful candidate will be a problem solver, learner, and visual designer with a strong portfolio showcasing complex web or mobile interfaces. Proficiency in Figma is required, as well as experience designing for similar users such as nurses and senior care professionals.
The team relies heavily on collaboration tools like Figma, Slack, Linear, and Notion. Work hours are flexible, but regular meetings are expected, and the team is available to collaborate during general daytime hours.
Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining a consistent design language and component library, contributing to the overall brand experience, and creating and maintaining brand and marketing materials.
