**Responsibilities**:
- ** Analyze and Drive Growth**: Evaluate business performance across core departments by assessing team activity, call metrics, and identifying growth opportunities.
- ** Monitor Key Metrics**: Track and interpret business data, spotting trends and significant changes in workflow and client interactions.
- ** Report and Present**: Prepare comprehensive reports based on data analysis, sharing insights and findings with executives and relevant teams.
- ** Strategic Planning**: Contribute to in-house discussions, helping to shape the future of the business by identifying strategic objectives and improvement areas.
- ** Implement and Guide**: Operate across business units, developing plans to implement operational changes effectively and advising teams on products and services.
- ** Support Onboarding**: Assist in evaluating onboarding needs and requirements as needed.
**Skills & Experience Required**:
- Bachelors degree, ideally in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Fluent English; advanced proficiency in German.
- 2-3 years experience in a Data or Business Analyst role.
- Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools.
- Prior experience in management reporting is advantageous.
- Knowledge in creating measurement and optimization flow charts is preferred.
