In This Role, You Will Lead custom multi-node Linux installations and upgrades for our client's deployments, including troubleshooting complex deployment issues. Own and troubleshoot multi-node Windows-to-Linux migration projects, backup and restore processes, and architecture-related escalations. Analyze logs, system performance, and infrastructure telemetry to proactively identify risks and optimize customer environments. Partner with customer Application Developers, DevOps engineers, IT teams, and executive sponsors to drive successful outcomes. Act as the voice of the customer by sharing product feedback, submitting bugs and feature requests, and influencing roadmap priorities. Lead enablement initiatives for internal teams, mentor Solution Architects, and support technical interviews for new hires. What You've Accomplished So Far 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, including previous experience as a Solution Architect. Hands-on expertise with Linux (Ubuntu, Amazon Linux, RHEL/CentOS), Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and cloud platforms such as AWS EKS and GKE. Strong experience troubleshooting distributed systems, networking, security, and monitoring tools such as Grafana and Coralogix. Advanced working knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases, including query optimization and troubleshooting. Intermediate SQL skills, with the ability to join data across disparate sources and optimize queries. Proficiency in scripting and programming using Bash, Python, JavaScript, and CSS. Experience with load-testing tools such as K6 and modern cloud data warehouse technologies (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) is a plus. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders. By Day 60 Independently lead standard and custom deployment activities. Troubleshoot escalations and support customer architecture reviews. By Day 90 Own complex technical engagements end-to-end.
