A renowned Japanese multinational trading company is looking for a Mobility Coordinator to work on the strategic analysis of new opportunities in the power, gas, new energy, and digital related businesses.
Responsabilidades:
1. New Business Identification and Development
- Research and propose new business opportunities, fostering internal discussions and collaborating with other company departments.
- Lead and/or support strategic negotiations for the development of new initiatives and partnerships.
2. Asset Management
- Perform administrative management of affiliated companies, including the preparation of business plans and periodic internal reports.
- Participate in meetings with partner companies and other involved parties, conducting discussions and negotiations productively and efficiently.
- Collect and analyze financial and operational information (monthly results, cash flow, valuation, investments, legal processes, among others).
- Prepare analytical and strategic reports, ensuring clarity and objectivity for decision-making.
- Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders, including headquarters and internal and external stakeholders.
3. General Support and Continuous Improvement
- Organize and coordinate visits, meetings, and interactions between headquarters, subsidiaries, and business partners.
- Continuously seek to improve daily processes, updating tools and monitoring market trends.
- Strictly comply with internal norms, regulations, and codes of ethics, ensuring information confidentiality.
- Perform other relevant duties as needed.
Requirements
* Fluent in English.
* Prior experience in Business Development or FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis).
* Professional background in investment banks, private equity, investment funds, financial consultancies, or other financial institutions.
* Experience in asset management and/or mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
* Strong ability in financial analysis and strategic report preparation.
