We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and evaluating top technology talent to meet the needs of our clients.
About the Role

* You will work closely with our recruitment and business development professionals to identify and fill permanent and contract positions in the technology sector.
* Your primary responsibility will be to apply your search, technical, and functional evaluation skills to recruit quality technology resources.
* You will be responsible for creating job descriptions, posting jobs on various job sites and databases, and networking to find top candidates.
* In addition, you will participate in full-cycle recruitment and staffing assignments, prepare short lists of prospective candidates, and coordinate presentations to clients.
* You will also learn and utilize sourcing techniques such as Boolean equations, job boards, and professional networking site mining.
Requirements and Qualifications

* You must have at least 5 years of experience in recruitment, including IT recruitment experience.
* A minimum of 3 years of direct headhunting experience in permanent and contract technology candidates is required.
* You should have a strong network of contacts and relationships within the technology industry.
* Familiarity with MS Word and LinkedIn Recruiter is essential, and working experience with CRM or ATS systems is an asset.
* You should be fluent in English (verbal and written) and have strong teamwork, time management, and organizational skills.
