Escalation Resolution Lead
As a key member of our escalation team, you will play a pivotal role in driving swift and effective resolutions for critical issues.
* Develop and implement streamlined processes to ensure timely issue resolution
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise and execute action plans addressing complex situations
Requirements:
* Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish is required
* 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, including sales and service delivery
* Prior experience as Escalations Engineer/Manager or similar roles is highly desirable
