Job Purpose and Impact
Assist in predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance of the unit's assets, involving disassembly and assembly of various bearings, maintenance of pumps, fans, belts, feeders, and supporting production equipment. Perform parts replacements and repairs on equipment and machinery, and ensure work areas are cleaned according to standards.
Key Accountabilities
Assist in maintenance activities according to schedule and inspections, performing tasks as per the weekly plan, checking equipment operation, conducting component tests, and making adjustments or repairs to address defects.
Complete checklists for factory equipment and assets, anticipating and correcting potential failures.
Maintain updated maintenance records, ensuring correct completion of work orders and checklists.
Qualifications
Technical education in progress in mechanics or completed is a plus.
Basic knowledge of industrial mechanics.
