Responsibilities
* Review, draft, and support negotiations of contracts, including service agreements, commercial partnerships, purchase and sales agreements, lease agreements, loan agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents, ensuring compliance and protection of the company's interests.
* Support the follow-up of judicial and administrative proceedings, including deadlines, documentation, and interaction with external law firms.
* Identify potential legal risks and assist with compliance activities, ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
* Provide legal support to business operations and strategic projects, partnering with departments such as Sales, Procurement, Marketing, HR, and Finance.
* Conduct legal research and prepare legal analyses related to corporate, contractual, labor, regulatory, and data privacy matters, including LGPD support.
* Support corporate governance routines, including corporate documentation updates and legal administrative activities.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Law with valid OAB registration.
* Previous experience in both Litigation and Corporate/Advisory legal matters, including contract analysis and legal guidance.
* Knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and general business legal support.
* Advanced/Fluent English is mandatory.
* Knowledge of Labor Law and Data Privacy regulations (LGPD) is desirable.
* Previous experience in the Automotive Industry and familiarity with Lei Renato Ferrari is considered a plus.

* 100% on-site in Morumbi region (Rochaverá building, in front of Shopping Morumbi).
